What to say? What to say? What to say? We feel your pain, and can do something to relieve it. Start off with an outline that features a core statement; three main points; supporting evidence for each point; and an easy to follow summary. Don’t try to dazzle them and confuse them in the process.

Better yet, ask us to get involved writing your presentation, whether it’s from scratch or simply to touch up what you’ve written.

Our process involves asking you some questions, obtaining some information (perhaps from your sales literature or website), and then putting pen to paper (Ah, the good old days.) Our writers understand written communication. Some of them are even authors and former journalists. You’ll be impressed.

Whether you're producing a sales video, a capabilities presentation, a TV spot, or an employee training program, you should be aware that each successful video presentation starts with one thing, and one thing only - - The Script.
 
The most important benefit of the script is that it allows you to see your "vision" of the video on paper, before it's produced. A lot of time is taken at this stage of production to make sure the story is told just right. It's much easier to make changes at this stage than to go back and re-shoot and re-edit the video itself.
 
The script allows you to categorize each phase of your video, each title, each line of narration, each visual or special effect, into an organized form.
 
Our script writers first consider your audience, then gain product knowledge, some corporate knowledge, determine the style and pacing of the production, write your script outline and script treatment, and determine the right length for the video.
 
Rule of Thumb:
Corporate Image & Capabilities Presentations should be 4-6 minutes in length. Product & Sales Programs 5-8 minutes is ideal. Training Videos work best if kept 10-15 minutes in length, and 20 minutes is about the maximum. However, when you have a lot of detailed information to include in your production - such as an employee training video - have your finished programs produced in a series of not to exceed 20 minute videos.

A video script should only be as long as it needs to be. Keep it as short as possible.
